In July 2001, the insurance company “Dobrobut Ta Zahist” was established in the form of a closed joint stock company. At the same time, the company became part of the Foxtrot Group of Companies.
In May 2006, the shareholders of the insurance company changed the development strategy of “Dobrobut Ta Zahist”, which required the replacement of management and a soft rebranding.
Since August 2006, the insurance company has been developing a regional network.
According to the results of work in 2007 “Dobrobut Ta Zahist” entered the top 70 insurance companies of Ukraine, and also became a member of the insurance payments club. The chairman of the company’s board was included in the rating “TOP-100 Managers of Ukraine”.
In 2008, the insurance company became a member of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, the winner of the “Golden Mercury” award in the nomination of the best insurance company, was noted in the ratings of the “Guard of Brands”, as one of the best companies of Ukraine is dynamically developing.
In 2009 shareholders changed and foreign investor entered the company. According to the results of work, the company was in Top 30 best insurance companies in Ukraine according to various indicators.
In 2010, the company changed its development vector. The focus of the work was shifted to corporate clients. As for individuals, the insurance company started the implementation of the “private insurance” project.
In 2011 – 2013, the insurance company “DOBROBUT TA ZAKHIST” significantly strengthened its position in servicing corporate clients and interaction with the banking system. The implementation of the “private insurance” project has been completed. This was achieved through the formation of a new product range, adaptation of reinsurance programs that took into account the individual needs of customers. The insurance company implemented the “OSERWIN “ platform and moved to a new level of customer service standards.
2014 – 2015 years. “Dobrobut Ta Zahist” fintroduced in some regions of Ukraine a pilot project for insuring property of small and medium-sized businesses. Implemented the first phase of introducing online customer insurance. The company expanded the base of reinsurance partners through insurance and reinsurance companies in the Asian region.
2016 year. The share of corporate clients reached 85% of the total volume of insurance premiums. “Dobrobut Ta Zahist” insurance company has significantly strengthened its positions in the market of travel insurance, by introducing online insurance, and the opening of an online platform for travel companies. In order to optimize corporate governance and ownership, the transformation from the form of a private joint-stock company into a company with additional responsibility was realized. Six new licenses for compulsory types of insurance have been received to expand the product line in 2017.
2017 year. 13 licenses for voluntary types of insurance were received. Online sales of insurance products and interactive interaction with customers are being introduced.
