- Self-isolation and observation of a person who has arrived from the state or is a citizen of a state with a significant distribution of COVID-19, or points of entry to Tota in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and leaving Sevastopol, in the event of receiving a negative test result, is stopped on COVID-19.
- Employees of the Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross, diplomatic missions accredited in Ukraine, participants of UPE and entrance tests together with one person are not subject to self-isolation when crossing the CPVA in these territories, if there is no reason to believe that they were in contact with the patient COVID-19 face.
- Foreigners and stateless persons who do not have an insurance policy are denied crossing the state border. This does not apply to foreigners, stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of Ukraine and persons recognized as refugees, or who need additional protection.
