105Insurance in case of loss of work is the conclusion of an insurance contract for financial risks associated with involuntary loss of work.
The insurance contract provides for the payment of insurance compensation in the event of an unforeseen loss by the Insured Person of a permanent source of income due to circumstances beyond his control resulting from:
- liquidation of the organization or termination of activities;
- Reduction in the number or staff of workers in the organization;
- Termination of the employment contract in connection with the occurrence of emergency circumstances hindering the continuation of labor relations
Termination of the employment contract in connection with the refusal of the employee to transfer to work in another locality together with the employer;
- Termination of the employment contract in connection with the refusal of the employee to transfer to another job, which is necessary for him in accordance with the medical conclusion.
The insurance contract provides for a temporary franchise and a waiting period. The period starting from the date of entry into force of the insurance contract and established in 60 (sixty) days. The event that occurred during this period is not an insurance event.
The temporary franchise (the period of absence of employment of the Insured for which insurance payments are not made) is calculated from the date of termination of the employment contract and is established in 60 (sixty) days.
Insurance indemnity is paid monthly if there is evidence of unemployment in the Insured.
The total amount of monthly insurance payments can not exceed 12 (twelve) payments for the entire term of insurance.
